Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To process your request, please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

If your claim is approved, we will provide either:

• A replacement product, or
• A full refund

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds and exchanges are not available for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Personal preference regarding a fragrance
• Opened or used products
• Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.
